About Pembrokeshire Coast
The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park encompasses some of the finest marine habitat in Wales — sea caves, natural arches, cliff dives and rocky reefs along 300km of coastline managed for conservation. Atlantic swells bring clear water and regular swell surge; visibility commonly reaches 10–15m in summer. The strong tidal streams that make headland sites demanding also drive the nutrient upwelling that supports exceptional fish density, sea fans, sponge gardens and the remarkable invertebrate communities that make Pembrokeshire an acclaimed cold-water macro destination.
