About Skokholm Island

Skokholm Island lies south of Skomer in a Marine Nature Reserve, with kelp forests, rocky reef terrain and tidal gullies between 10–30m that see very little diver pressure. The island's Middleholm neighbour adds additional reef structure; the seabed here is carpeted in sea fans, soft corals and a dense nudibranch population. Being less well-known than Skomer, Skokholm offers a sense of discovery and the clear Pembrokeshire water produces reliable 10m+ visibility on settled days from the west.
